The testo 175 T1 data logger has a built-in temperature sensor and is ideal for monitoring and logging the temperature in cool and cold rooms as well as in storage facilities.
The logger’s display provides you with a wide range of valuable information including current measurement values, threshold values, points where these thresholds have been exceeded, min/max values, and remaining battery power. And because all these values can be read off directly from the display, there is no need for you to boot up your PC. In addition to this nice little detail, the logger also has a super size memory, which can save up to 1 million measurements, and an exceptionally long battery life of up to 3 years. This gives you the freedom to read out the logger data at longer intervals, even when measuring cycles are shorter. The user can replace the triple AAA batteries included in the delivery.
The testo 175 T1 temperature data logger is ideal for monitoring storage temperatures and long-term monitoring. It is certified for use in food environments and measures and logs temperatures constantly and reliably.
You can save up to 16 000 readings with the Testo 174T temperature data logger securely. Because measurement data you have saved will not be lost even when the battery is empty or being replaced. This means a high level of data security is guaranteed. You can easily and quickly read the current temperature measuring value on its large display, along with any possible violations of limit values. The integrated NTC sensor stands for a high level of accuracy. Its large measuring range, from -30 to +70 °C, and its compact design make the Testo 174T temperature data logger competent support for virtually every kind of temperature recording.
The Testo 174T mini temperature data logger meets the requirements of EN 12830 and is HACCP-compliant, as well as having international HACCP certification, which means it is ideally suited for measurements in the food industry (e.g. for storage temperature measurement). Particularly practical: the data logger has water spray and jet protection according to IP 65. This enables it to be left in the measuring location even when warehouses are being cleaned. The temperature data logger is also suitable for temperature control in refrigerators or cold stores because it can be used at temperatures down to -30 °C.
Users can choose between three software versions for programming and reading your data logger and for analyzing the measurement data on the PC:
Users need a USB interface for programming and reading the mini temperature data logger.
Attention: Please download the newest software version before using the USB interface for the first time. The software can be found in the download area.

testo 175 T1 data logger with internal sensor (NTC), including wall bracket, lock, batteries, and calibration protocol. Caution: To program the data logger, you need a USB cable that is not included in the delivery scope, but you are welcome to order if required. Measurement data can also be transferred to the PC via the USB cable or an SD card (available as an option).
Monitoring and documentation of the temperature in cold rooms
Many foodstuffs or medicines have to be stored within a certain cold temperature range. This may be in individual refrigerated storage rooms, but also in specialised cold storage warehouses or high bay cold store warehouses. The temperature has to be documented in all of these refrigerated facilities, as strict regulations apply to quality management both in the food processing and medicine industries.
Data loggers are usually placed at the ‘Critical Control Points’ (CCPs) of a cold storage room to enable any fluctuations in temperature to be detected and appropriate action to be taken. Critical places include doors or passages into other temperature zones within a warehouse.
